Report: Cowboys interested in WR Sanders

The Dallas Cowboys reportedly are interested in wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders as a replacement for the departed Randall Cobb.Sanders is open to the idea of returning to Dallas, where he played college football at SMU, Jane Slater of NFL Media reported Wednesday.Sanders, who turned 33 on Tuesday, split the 2019 season with the Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers and finished with 66 catches for 869 yards and five touchdowns in 17 games.Through 10 seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers (2010-13), Broncos (2014-19) and 49ers, the two-time Pro Bowl selection has 601 receptions for 7,893 yards and 42 scores in 144 games.He posted three straight 1,000-yard seasons with Denver from 2014-16 and helped the Broncos beat the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50.
