Kluber exits Rangers debut with shoulder tightness

Right-hander Corey Kluber exited his debut with the Texas Rangers after just one inning Sunday due to shoulder tightness.Kluber threw 18 pitches against the Colorado Rockies in Arlington, striking out one and walking one before being replaced by left-hander Joe Palumbo to start the second inning.The two-time American League Cy Young Award winner and three-time All-Star made only seven starts in 2019 before suffering a broken right arm when he was struck by a line drive on May 1.
